Rights Granted: By submitting an idea or pitch, you grant Send It Brands a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to review, evaluate, and discuss your Submission internally. By submitting your pitch, you agree to our Terms of Service regarding submission evaluations and non-confidentiality.
 

Independent Development: You acknowledge that Send It Brands is constantly developing new products, brands, and concepts. We may already be working on, or may independently develop in the future, concepts that are similar or identical to your Submission. Submission of an idea does not create an implied contract, agency relationship, or obligation of compensation unless formal partnership agreements are subsequently executed in writing.
 

3. Acceptable Use
